Report a translation problem
It isn't obvious why they shouldn't be able to make and sell additional expansions after that. Why would we want to stop that happening?
An example: I have the CE for Starfield for 299 €. This includes "only" one DLC (the first one) and some gadgets (watch, credit chip) etc.

I can see how it is expensive, though, and can sympathize. Doesn't the Community of Planets edition offer a nice discount, kinda like a "season pass"? I can't see the price for your situation but I think it should be discounted.
It does. One can use the "complete your bundle" option, get the elements one doesn't own yet, including an additional bundle discount.
