I have 20 relations with the Terran, when can i buy the Syn destroyer?

You can't buy the Syn. You have to board NPC ships or buy the blueprint. You'll get a free Syn if you play the Yaki Plot.

The Sapporo is located in Artemis Mists but guarded by a Khaak station and a dangerous ravager that will one-shot everything you have if you get too close to it.

I'm pretty sure you have to buy the blueprint. The syn isn't being produced by the terrans for sale to 3rd parties

It is the most powerful destroyer in the entire game, 8 of these can clear out a whole sector. It is supposed to be special.

Also the best looking as well. I have a bunch of Syns built and my flagship (my personal ship) is the one you got from the Yaki plot you mentioned earlier. Its a GREAT boat, but slow lol

Depending on your loadout you can have problems with S+M ships which will destroy your engine and turrets if you go full L plasma build. And its sloooow.... so not a great patrol ship for defending your sectors

I slapped 2 L plasmas on the bottom front slots and the rest are either bolt or pulse L terran turrets on mine. I am not well versed on what loadouts are good or not so I just kinda stick with the same stuff. Its definitely slow. Engineered Paranid engines on mine and its base travel speed is 148, 215ish at max boost and like 3k travel. I just love the look enough that I fly one wherever I go, and leave others at xenon gateway entrances for defense

I always go full plasma on my Syns and watch the K and I pop like balloons.

Boron Rays are the best escort against S+M swarms and together they annihilate everything 😂

I went to this system , i found that Khaak station but there is no Sapporo there

You need Timelines DLC to unlock the Sapporo I am pretty sure.

The Sapporo is the opposite side of the station, when you fly from the gate to the installation, it's on the other side.

I agree, but you should get it eventually when its cheap on sale. the new sectors it unlocks are pretty cool and the ships are kinda nice. 5€ would be a fair price and you can cheat your way through the missions if you want
