My PGS has a reputation of +5, but now ships that are hostile are occasionally spawning and are even dangerous to my transports.

If I destroy all of their stations and declare war on them, will fewer hostile PGS ships spawn?

No, but you can befriend them by completing a late-game terraforming project (assuming you're talking about the Scale Plate Pact pirates in the English version). In the meantime, my suggestion is to set your civilian ships to comply with pirate demands to avoid losing too many too many of them.

wich terraforming i should do for them? Whats the name?

For the Scale Plate Green sector. (The mission offer for this one promises something like "diminished pirate activity" for its completion.) It's a challenging project since the sector is initially controlled by the Xenon, it's far from the highway ring (and the factories around it), and there aren't many raw resources nearby.
