Consider using an x4 reshade.
Theres the Silver Screen reshade which literally makes the game look like you are in a Star Wars movie
I agree. Will post a screenshot. Although I am aiming for a new system come Christmas, here is what I currently have.
Ryzen7 1800X 8Core
Radeon RX 5700 XT 8GB
Average 60 FPS as reported by adrenaline but I know the maps and heavy scenes can drop to 20s and 30s untill I leave the scene.
There is always the unavoidable large spike of opening the map that can dip to single digits but it goes back to 20+ fps. Avoided by opening the map when game is paused.

The washed image is not what it looks like ingame, it seems to be a bug.
