What are the best graphic settings for quality?
I'm trying to get my game to look as real as possible and even with everything set to ultra, it still seems lack of quality.

By setting everything to ultra the graphics engine won't magically render something more "real". The only advice I can give you is regarding overall quality: Don't use FSR and in my tests MSAA 4x (or 8x if your card can handle it) gave the best sharpness.

Generally speaking, run the game at 4k. Check your gamma settings because it really makes this game look cartoonish if its set to high. Shadows are very important.

Consider using an x4 reshade.
Theres the Silver Screen reshade which literally makes the game look like you are in a Star Wars movie

I like TAA with the new 7.0 patch. It looks better than MSAA 4X in my opinion, at far less performance cost.

I agree. Will post a screenshot. Although I am aiming for a new system come Christmas, here is what I currently have.
Ryzen7 1800X 8Core
Radeon RX 5700 XT 8GB

Average 60 FPS as reported by adrenaline but I know the maps and heavy scenes can drop to 20s and 30s untill I leave the scene.

There is always the unavoidable large spike of opening the map that can dip to single digits but it goes back to 20+ fps. Avoided by opening the map when game is paused.

The washed image is not what it looks like ingame, it seems to be a bug.
