An FAQ is a distinctive format and very different from what this manual contains.

I'd love a proper bound X4 pilot's manual ... I find looking online hugely annoying. With games like these, I like a good manual I can leaf through as I fly.

But I'm oldschool. maybe I'll just print my own thing.

The Manual is to be found directly ingame via the help menu.

Also in the form of various tutorials (improved in version 7.0).

So there's a help menu and various tutorials and a wiki.

But no manual.

Well, in a sense, the wiki is the closest thing there is to a manual.

You could also check the download section on our official forum for a pdf manual you could print.

However, i highly advise against that... this pdf, if it exists, is most likely way outdated.

The game changes with every patch. The game that launched in 2018 is a different game than the one we have today, so any manual from that period would be very outdated. That said, it would be a good idea if with every official patch, Egosoft also updated the official manual if necessary, and I think Egosoft has fallen a bit short with this regard.
