I bought all DLC.
I registered and connected my account.
But Venture modules in base construction are temporarily unavailable.

If I recall correctly while signed in Egosoft account in-game there will appear additional tab in the top menu which appears during, for example, observing the map. Click it and you should get access to your online inventory with Yasur.
Certainly, first of all you have to own Ego account and have your steam X4 collector's edition linked there.

In the section (Player information) -"Inventory" (backpack icon) - "Venture Inventory"
Click on the button to activate access to the venture add-on.
To access:
* S/M Venture starting doc.
* Venture platform.
I didn't even build them.
