How do I deliver boarded ship?

I just captured a ship in the Stranded story. I am suppose to "deliver boarded ship" to Maestro but I have no damn clue how to do that, and there are no instructions for that.

I already assigned one of my two marine as captain of that new ship. What do I do next?

to deliver a Ship you simply order it (or fly it your self) to the drop off destination.

once it has reached this destination in space (indicated by a mission bubble) your Mission Contact, or in that case Maestro (or someone from his Crew) will contact you to finalize the ownership transfer.

It says there are no pilot on the ship, despite me assigning a captain. Do I need to assign another to the ship?

Actually no, I right click on the ship and I can only order Flee, which is grayed out. How do I order the ship to destination>

Reasign the Captain. Maybe you did that to fast so it did not rigger the event.

It did, I did it 3 times, even retry the whole boarding mission. I can see the assign captain objective cleared, which lead to the next objective "deliver the ship".

let that ship follow the acadian endeavour and don't be on board.
also, keep your eyes peeled and on your right hand ingame display.

you should receive an interactive message when the ship is within transaction range.

than simply click that display or hit the F key (or what ever you have assigned for interactions) and accept the transfer.

Is this the issue, perhaps? To give orders to a ship, you LEFT click it so it's selected, and then you right click wherever you want it to go, like in a strategy game.

In the end, I worked around it. I docked my ship on the Iron vulture, and pilot it myself over to the destination. There I jump back onto my ship, undock, and handed it over.
