No one wants to make Advanced electronics
I have found factorys that make it but no one wants to make Advanced electronics and I don't know why.
Most of the factorys just have 73 units in them no matter what system I look in.
I did find one that didn't make any.
What is going on?

Not uncommon to have advanced electronics shortages. Grab yourself the blueprints for advanced electronics, microchips, and silicon refinery, and go make some money.

Already working on that but it's going to take awhile. Still need all the credits and then building.
I got the basics going up but still I hope that this is fixed soon.
They are no longer making the stuff. It's a pain.

Getting advanced electronics = one serious pain in the backside
Making and selling advanced electronics = cha-ching

As for your question of why, advanced electronics stations are few and far between most times and the modules produce a paltry amount compared to the resources required. Since they are always in maximum demand in every wharf, shipyard and equipment dock, those few are sold almost as soon as they appear, especially if you have trade reservations turned on (it is by default). If you're really in need, dock a trader at a station selling them and just watch. As soon as they appear, you'll have a short amount of time to claim them for your own. (If you have a trade subscription, you won't need the ship) Or, for the short duration you're doing this, turn off trade reservations while you have the ship parked there and claim the goodies before another ship docks.

I have yet to play any map see where advanced electronics aren't utterly and completely wiped within the first 5 hours of play. Too much demand for too little module output, especially since most, if not all, start with only one production module.

If you want the AI to fix it see if hull part and claytronics are low as well

Hull part and claytronic are the building block for the commonwealth faction

The game I see where the economy does well are one that doesn’t struggle with these two resources

The AI definitely build up stations like crazy if they have a good supply

Generally speaking, in an active universe where factions are fighting and stuff is being continually destroyed, there will always be at least one ware which becomes the rate limiting factor. With so many wares needed for building ships, it is very difficult to perfectly balance the ratios of wares for building ships such that there is not one ware that is limiting.

Yah something is always that low

I only have 1 game out of many where the Economy of the other faction was pretty much perfect almost all the way around

Only HOP was lacking resources

It as rare as getting a game where ANT absolutely curb stomp HOP massive destroyer fleet and then proceed to invade HOP space in their own territory

That is exactly what I am going through in this game I am running now Stranded4. I finally bought those 72 units a few times so that I can start getting research done so that I can EMP the heck out of all Argon/ANT properties to finish my PHQ build and get research going :)

Progress is so freaking slow when you can not get enough credits for L miners to kick start the economies and get money flowing. At least once the PHQ is going strong I will be able to fill the holes and get the production lines of the factions going.

They do want to make them, they just haven't got the wares to do it. You can either send a ship there yourself and stock them up (very slow and boring) or build them yourself.

It becomes less of a problem as the game wears on. Some Teladi trading stations have thousands of them now in my game. That's who buys them so look there if you haven't already. I seem to always find some?

Yeah, be careful making advanced electronics and where you place the stations, if you have undefended freighters with your first load pulling out on those bound for an NPC station, that freighter could be raided or destroyed and that will set you back.

so if you can make it an attractive option for NPC freighters to come to your station and pay you for it instead , and if the adv. electronics are dropped after the freighter was hit, you can take them back and another will come to buy them again. at least your operation is unaffected and you double or potentially triple your profits until the pirate problems are dealt with... of course you don't want that! ;).
