Indeed, the Split in general use a LOT of hull parts in their ships (very sturdy, btw), it's almost impossible to supply enough. Great way to make money...

This will convert most of FRF station to ZYA or CUB
This leave FRF with only two out of the way sector so if they rebuild the pirate will be limited to be build there
ZYA don’t like FAF either so it normal behavior like SCA from now on
Piracy usually get reduced 70 percent because they aren’t neutral like with FRF
