Erlking data vault empty?
I opened a data vault in avarice and it was empty, are some of these vaults just empty?

Do you have the Erlking? If I remember correctly, the vaults do not contain the upgrades until you are in possession of the Erlking.

I opened one before I got it and it was empty, I hope I didn't bug it.

Data vaults will have multiple switches, so make sure you turn on all the switches. You do not need to own the erlking to get the blueprints.
