Terran S/M Fabrication Bay not working for terraforming quests?

So yeah, I built the fabrication bay from terrans on my headquarters. Yes, I checked, it is FB, it is not a maintenance bay.

But the quest keeps telling me to build S/M FB. Do I have to buy another, normal version, or is there a trigger for this or something? :/

Have you assigned someone to be your shipyard trader? I forgot that the last time I built a shipyard, and spent ages wondering why I couldn't build ships.

I forgot about it, true. But it didn't change anything. I guess I need normal s/m bay for terraforming

Did you build the S/M fabrication bay or the L/XL one? Is the module still in construction or is it completed? Can you build ships on that bay?
Try to fire the current shipyard trader and hire a new one.
Sometimes it helps to just reload the game or even better restart the game.

It is Terran S/M, it is constructed, I can buy ships. But the quest still stays at "Build S/M bay".
Reloading the game didn't change anything.

I guess they didn't update the quests to include Terran Bay aas a valid option.

Weird. I have Terran only stuff and have a S/M fabrication bay. Have done two of the terraforming quests. Guess it’s a bug regardless.

Welp, I bought and built a standard fab bay, still nothing.

The solution for the bug was simple though. I canceled the mission and took it again, this time it skipped building fab bay part so I can progress I think.
