I hate how joysticks need to be "supported". How the heck difficult is it for Microsoft or Linux to just say "Hello there gaming controller! Yes you are a joystick, yes you look like you were made for a fighter jet cockpit, but guess what, you are here to help control games, so you are a game controller now sh*t the f*ck up! You will present to me like a game controller, you will have all your buttons addressable in the OS as GXY and all yoru axis as AXY. Then I can tell any game that they can assign G69 to the game to shoot a missile up the enemy's b**t and we can all be happy. We can all shy in relief that all joysticks will play well together an no developer even needs to code specifically for your idi***c new type of controller that you coded badly and gave a needless driver and a software to do sh*t with! Your just is to be a game controller, be that or go home!"
... ok... thanks and sorry...
