Trying to increase rep with Split. Was at -15 and got it to -3 by taking out criminals. There is a bug right now that stops the station from acknowledging kills so I can't incrrease any more rep that way. Ive tried doing a few missions found by scanning stations but they don't help build up rep. Any way for me to increase rep with split while we wait for a bug fix?

1. Edit your save, it works but will mark your save as modified.

2. If you can trade with them then you can get it past 20 somewhat quickly. What you want to do for that is get a bunch of courier ships and set them to trade only with the split. Don't use medium or large traders as they bring in a lot less rep. As far as I can tell number of trades is the only factor that affects trade relation gain. I think its silly, but it is what it is.

I used 40 frogs to trade claytronics and hullparts with the split. They had just gotten spanked by the Argon and the xenon. They had almost no stations so those guys were constantly delivering. It only took a couple hours to go from 12ish to 20+. The higher it goes the slower the gain. Also I have not found any viable ways to raise relations above 20 other than spamming courier ships.

3. Do number 2 but instead grab a L trader. Then load him up with something with a huge demand. Fly him to a station that can more than devour his load. Then just use a repeat order to have him constantly sell 1 at a time. Ideally do this without him ever undocking. I haven't used this method but it probably would work. Also they might force an undock for additional rep gain but idk.

Which split? For Zyarth go to the Xenon gate and blow up ships within 30 km of a station. Easy rep.

For Free Families can do the same. Probably easy to set up traders in their main core sectors to get easy rep vs in Zyarth regions.

The escort mining ships are pretty good rep.

Teladi and Free Families are connected. Could also wipe and protect the Xenon sectors for easier trading, etc...
