Is there a guide listing all the plot lines?

Also as a side question, How strong does my fleet to need to be for the station in the end of ToA?

Isn't their one for Duke's Buccaneer's?

I take it you probably need to get your faction rep up to start it?

I think the Duke's Buccaneers come into play in the Paranid Plot.

They do, but there's an achievement for completing the Duke's plot-line. I'm not sure if it is something different.
