I'm not sure I understand this as I've just started playing. How do I locate my original ship if it's drifting around in space somewhere?
Do you recommend trying a different start as my first game instead of this one? I liked the name because it reminded me of The Wrath of Khan.

It's been a while since I loaded up this game, but, for what it's worth, it does appear that my Rapier was, indeed, lost. It is not listed in my assets. All I have is the station and the alien ship that picked me up. I'll probably just start over since I wasn't very far in.
