Casinomodule Research - Teladi Step

Heyho,
just a quick Question - in this step i have to upload surveillance data to a specific point. Problem is: the point is on the rotating part of a Teladi Trade Station and behind the "force field" on the inner side. I can bug through this field, but then i get blocked again by some trees.
So.... Can i do anything to 'reset' this position or is there a trick to this nonsense? Or is this just broken for me?

I think you just have to generally approach the station (maybe the habitation module specifically) and then it triggers you to go to the bar. So what you probably have to do is dock, go to the bar, and then stand near the Teladi customer to attach this surveillance device. Likely that point is pointing to the bar inside the station.

Sadly there is no bar, and the quest step says that you have to launch into space. I can't abort the mission either...

i'm out in the space suit because i was trying to create new 'wires' with the emp bomb. :D But a invisible wall stopped me.

Edit: emp bombs didn't do the trick either

oh, i can tell you that the mission is not supposed to create a leak on the ring station... you just managed to get it spawned there.

under normal circumstances it should spawn on a normal habitation module.

I gave it a shot, a few drive by attempts. Trying fly by repairing but need to be so close, and that ring will send you spinning uncontrollably if you get too close... bleh lol. Well, not sure if it's an option but if you happen to have a save before you approach that station for the mission, you likely could get the scan point on a better different station. That'd be my thought for getting around it. But man yeah that point is hard.

pesky little leak... but i managed to scan it.

with a teladi kestrell and WASD abuse.

the gladius and kestrell AKI-945 are both parked at the station and the go to Bar part is now active.

i took the liberty to rename the Ship into Casino Royale... may she serve you well.

Nice, well done! I actually bought a kestrel from the nearby wharf too, seeing if I could get close enough because the gladius is so big... nope bouncing off lol.

this leak at this exact position in combination with the new physics is just the worst dice roll i've ever seen.

not impossible but very tricky...

And hey, i have so much bad luck with dice rolls, now i know that a nat 1 in X4 is also possible :D

that was not a natural 1, that was the dice leaving the table entirely... is that a possible custom rule that would be applicable?
