G-Sync fix for Nvidia users

After a lot of trial and error, I found a solution that my G-Sync stopped working only in X4. I would like to share this solution with you:

In Nvidia Control Panel you have to set the option 'Prefer layered on DXGI Swapchain' in the 3D settings for 'Vulkan/OpenGL present method'.

No problem. But you have to change this option with every graphics driver update.
