Collisions are not an issue when you're OOS. So your ship can become free.
Or in a pinch, you could do what I said above, then while on the station hire a pilot for your stuck ship. Then order them to fly somewhere and they might be able to get it unstuck for you.
Yeah I had an even funnier one happen. I had a fleet with several destroyers attacking an xenon station, and one of my capital ships arrived via travel drive and landed just inside the model of another capital and then they turned into a space bolo that spun away at warp speed into the void. They just kept speeding away till I left the sector which unstuck them.
