Wormwood Scrubs Prisoner

So I was flying around and found Eighteen Billion and saw on the map icon that there was an orange figure outline which meant a new mission? So anyway I board Wormwood Scrubs and make my way through the prison, using my spacesuit and the airlocks to get to the side where I found a prisoner called "Gutsos Gutsos Yalos VIII". Now this guy at first said take me with you and when I opened the door lock he just says he was frame and he is innocent in an infinite loop lol. What am I supposed to do here or have I glitched the game because this should be part of a DLC mission or something?

I think this is just residual stuff from one of the game's starts where you start as an actual prisoner there and escape from it. And as far as I know it's nothing relevant that can transform into a mission or something. Carry on.

the orange figure only means that there is a unique permanent resident on that station... or in that case a Teladi in a cell.

Woodworm will however become more relevant if you engage in the Acadian Endeavour Plot (just fly with contrabant into Windfall)

I have already encountered Arcadian Endeavour too so will go back to Wormwood when I go back to that questline.

Oh I wondered about woodworm scrubs lol. I paid it a visit myself and couldn't see any prisoners?
