War of intervention?
Trying to go to the yaki home sector but the terran commander is stuck in Tharka's Cascade in a never ending battle with the Xenon. How do i get him to leave and go to savage spur so i can finish this mission?

Depending on your progress and fleet size this might not be helpful but help him clear out the sector. That way you can fasten the process and make sure he does actually arrive in savage spur.

All i have is Delilah's Swansong and 1 mil credits lol. Idk if i can clear the sector
