Your setup sounds absolutely solid. If you’re having issues, I don’t think it’s hardware related.
You've probably got a virus hogging all your system's resources due to watching hentai.
Don't waste money on intel crap.
Yeah that Intel crap is only faster at everything. Why would you want that?
That's odd. . . I haven't had any problems at all with mine.
For example, the 5800X3D consistently performs better at noticeably less power usage than the 5950X *in gaming*:

*In gaming* being the key word. The 5800X3D handily beats even most current-gen CPUs except the most powerful ones when it's about gaming. But it loses even to its brother the 5800X when it's about raw processing power. That's because the X3D has an added die of fast L3 cache, which comes at the expense of overall lower clock speeds and the inability to overclock (at least out-of-the-box) in any meaningful ways, since L3 cache has lower heat tolerances.
