Also maybe give more information about your computer and screen resolution etc... so we can have a look
E.g. see a screenshot of a contested sector where I have 3 carriers, 2 destroyer groups and a lot of S fighters:

I used creative mod to spawn 2 raptors fully loaded with S fighters so about 100, i spawned in argon space and right away stuttering and 20. to 25fps. my normal game has 60fps in this same situation so not my system.

You should probably be on the Egosoft forums for beta 6.0 related issues. It might be a bug introduced in the beta no one knows about yet.
FPS did not drop (ultra settings) - spanwed and all the S ships started docking on their carriers.
Did not notice stuttering / slideshow.
Was 2 raptors 50 each or 2 raptors 100 each? also which fighter? maybe it's a fighter that causes it?
I'm running on a Ryzen 5900X / 32GB / RTX 2080 Super (8GB VRAM)
Fact is, most people would agree, game is far more optimized now than ever. I am getting a solid 130+ fps in most sectors and lows in the 50's in the Void where I have like 1000 laser towers, this on ultra settings at 1440p. My overall average is probably 90 fps. My biggest ever gripe, the stuttering around large battles and docking at stations is about 99% removed. I know I couldn't be happier and am very grateful for the devs hard work.
Everything OP has said over the last 6 months or whatever since I've come back has been incredibly negative towards X4. I mean think about it, what are they trying to get from this thread anyways? They don't want our help. So what do they want?
Right.. They want people to chime in and say the game sucks and seek to gaslight those who disagree. That's it. This thread is a total waste of time for anyone who's sincere and wants to contribute or help. Seems an awful lot like flamebait to me. We'll see though, maybe they've changed and legit want help or something other than to bring negativity to this awesome community but I highly doubt it. Nice thought though. ;)
I mean when people keep trolling for months it's hard to believe them.
Optimization is clearly better than it was.
OP if you build your computer like you behave around here, I would rather look into that and see if something is not wrong there. good luck
This might be your problem. Mods throw all sorts of unpredictable wrenches into things and you’re using one in a Beta patch to do something the game wasn’t designed for then complaining. Try it with no mods turned on using in-game methods and let us know if you still have issues.
Otherwise… This issue sounds like a classic PEBKAC.
