Can't find "Join Hatikvah's Trade Revolution"

I've been not able to find "Join Hatikvah's Trade Revolution" at all.
I remember seeing it at the start of my new save and thought "oh I'll get to that later"
only when I finished researching the phq completely, the quest is completely gone now from argon prime.

I'm thinking one of the stations got blown up that started the quest. Anyway of fixing this?

I have a 100+ hour game from 1.0 and had this mission after the 3.0 update, then poof it was gone... rather disappointed there's a time limit since I'm kinda of busy... ya know. Anyhow I don't believe my HAT station was ever destroyed so I paid it a visit.... nada from the Representative, no missions nothing. I left went on my way and then Shazam... I noticed the mission back!

I took it, did the trader quest and now on my way with the Split story.

If you have missions from the player HQ active you won't get the Hatikvah's trade revolution plot, you have to finish the phq mission first

So the HAT administrator was on the HAT Free Port in another sector. I blew it up and sure enough, the administrator moved to the HAT Trading Station in Hatikvah's Choice.

Unfortunately, the mission still doesn't show up for me. Maybe because the HAT hate me now? I'm guessing there's a faction reputation requirement for this mission also. :(

If they are red, probably, make sure you unlocked reseach from your phq because being in the middle of it will prevent the quest from showing up as well.

Happy to report that after I got my reputation with HAT up to neutral I was able to get the mission!

Found this topic while looking for the Hatikvah's mission. I think I am in the same situation as some here.

- Been using the same gamestart almost since V1
- No Hatikvah mission when in or close to Hatikvah's sectors
- No Hatikvah trade station in Hatikvah's Choice I or III
- No faction representative icon in any of the other stations in those sectors

This is on version 3.30

I finally found the mission invite \o/

I had to randomly teleport in different parts of the universe and check the mission offers to see if the invite would appears.
Eventually I saw the invite when I was in Hewa's Twin III. I haven't accepted it to determine the final location.
I one of my older save, I accepted it and it was in Nopileo's Fortune II.

The yellow character icon did appear in multiple locations I teleported to so it's definitely not an indicator.
It was also not on a trading station but just a random HAT station (not freeport either)

Hopefully this will help other players.

I found it go to Argon Wharf ask ships where to find it and they will send you the coordinates. I asked ARG Energy Freighter Sonra Vanguard (UXW-248) Model: Sonra.
