How do you produce energy cells?

It used to be with solar power plant, but I don't see that under blueprints on shipyard in argon prime. Is there a different factory now?

It is still solar power plant, weird ya not seeing it.

That blueprint is unlocked by default (as least it is with the young gun start).

It's default learned and so you already have it.

In Argon Prime shipyard at the representative under blueprints there is an Energy Cell Production module is that used in place of solar power plant now, there is no solar power plant listed under modules?

Stations are autonamed based on what you put on them.

So a dock and pier + storage container + Energy cell production modules = solar power plant....
