Terrans add more dynamics to the galaxy like intervention core swarming around quelling xenon unrest. Ships are topnotch. Story is the best of all the dlc in my eyes.
Split dlc is cool, ships too but its definitive lacking in some points and especially Zya feels like to be designed to die out to xenon and overall suiciding crucial ships in an relative useless attempt to fight the argon instead of fighting the xenon incursions. But can be fun for a fighting oriented player with advanced knowledge.
Avarice i leave out.
Terran DLC has the most gradual onboarding but then you're stuck with most everything unfriendly in your lame production tree land. It's a good story I guess.
Split DLC is best DLC for me. Super fun ships but they have a weakness. Good story, significant decisions.
Avarice sucked. So many failed game mechanics that sounded amazing but we're implemented badly.
also the stations look fantastic and so do the ships.
it also adds the best plots way better than in the last DLC which was supposed to be story heavy which it honestly is not.
Split Vendetta comes second, the ships and stations look great and the DLC adds a very big amount of new sectors, very interesting story that allows you to kinda shape how the split will do in the x universe.
last is TOA, it's not a bad DLC the price is still kinda low for what it adds but it's the DLC that adds the least amount of content, not really many new ships but some very unique ones not much story content except for the avarice plot, the other plot is more of a tutorial that's really boring to do more than once... not man,y new sectors, a new mechanique that is not very well exploited with new hazardous area.
It's not a bad DLC but it's the worst in the 3
