Report a translation problem
if ships show up in the relevant tab, no matter if they are attached to a fleet or station (the list should never be very long from my experience) you can simply right click the relevant ships directly from that list and issue a "drop your stuff at HQ" command.
for anything else, i'm sorry... if its not an inventory item you have to do the normal trade orders.
I don't see any such filters under the filters options though. I also don't know what they hold since the pickup is automatic. I have hundreds of small ships in my fleet and the only thing that even shows the context menu for dropping inventory items at HQ is selecting them individually. If I select 2 ships with items to drop off, it's gone.
*I am talking specifically about the "Deposit Inventory" context menu option
