Can't start Hatikvah plot

Hello,

how do I start the Hat plot? I'm trying to activate the mission where I have to talk to Reen Omara. But I can't find her. Navigation system shows no route.

I asked google and it says that the station in Hatikvah's Choice got destroyed, because there is a gate to a Xenon sector.
I remember that a lot of HAT stations got destroyed there. Around 10-20 hours in my run.
(why would you put a weak faction there where players start one of the main plots? oO)

A walkthrough for this plot says something about "Dal Busta".
I can see his name on a HAT station (one of the three left in Hatikvah's Choice).
All 3 stations are in build, and the one who he is on has no M/S landing pad, only L/XL (I don't have L or XL yet)

I also searched other systems people mentioned where she could be now. But I can't find a HAT station anywhere except the 3 in Hatikvah's Choice. (They're all just called "Factory")

I'm now ~50h in X4, startet the main plot, pirate plot, was doing random missions to earn money and most of the time I was trying to learn the game :D

Is there any chance that Reen Omara will show up again? Or is she dead?

I really hope so.
I'm thinking of sending resources to the three factorys in build so they can get finished, because the xenon lurking around the two eastern gates and destroy the building ships and freighters from the AI... But they also start to destroy the stations again every now and then -.-

Reen Omara can spawn everywhere within certain sectors. It doesn't need to be where the main HAT building is

She didn't show up yet.
Explored 90%+ of the map by now (had multiple scouts getting rid of the fog of war in each sector)
Found 2 HAT Free Ports. Northeast and one southwest. On the north eastern one is the HAT faction president, but it's not Reen Omara.

Edit: I was also able to land on the HAT station with "Dal Busta". Station overview says he's on board, but I can't find him anywhere. No ship docked except from mine. Also his name doesn't show up in the elevator list. Maybe he's not triggered yet from the mission

As for the missing NPC, if the dock she was in got destroyed she might be waiting for a new Dock at a particular station to get built which would explain why she's not showing up.

She should be on the same station as Dal though. What HAT mission do you have active?

The game says "Dal Busta" is on a random HAT Microship factory station in Hatikvah's Choice I. (yellow symbol and his name shows up when I select the station on the map)

It's the very first HAT mission (I think it's called “Join Hatikvah's Trade Revolution”).
If I activate the mission, it just says "talk to Reen Omara". No yellow path showing up.

I looked up a walkthrough, and she should be on a "HAT Free League Trading station" (?)
It looks like HAT haven't build a new one yet.
They maybe only have around 10-15 random production factorys and the 2 Free Ports spread over the universe (no shipyards)
I guess I have to wait for a new HAT trading station

There is now a "HAT Argon Trading Station" in Nopileos Fortune II.
It's not the same as the "HAT Free League Trading Station"? (Has the same faction colour as HAT)
