How do i Find a Bar to buy AGI stuff.

I have been searching for a few hours now and found no single station that has a bar. What is going on???

Bars mostly spawn when there are missions attached to the people inside them, or you've unlocked the black market dealer for that station by scanning data leaks and finding people with Lucrative Opportunities which usually involves getting some illegal wares to them in a time limit, and unlocks 'Unsanctioned Trade Deals' at that station.

You need to have the dealer unlocked to be able to buy AGI stuff from them.

As far as i know i unlocked one dealer so far by doing a mission for that one split guy on the pirate ship. How do i find the station again though?

stations marked with a hat and eyes contain a blackmarket trader. You can scan dataleaks and sometimes one will contain a mission to activated a blackmarket trader i think it was called akin to lucky opportunity
