Your probably gonna hit the subordinates cap but there a few way around that so you don’t really need to worry
-You might not have enough docks. And almost 200 ships is A LOT of ships on a single station.
-You might have depleted the sector from resources. Once again, almost 200 mining ships in a sector is a lot.
You can check resources availability this way:

To answer directly the question, the station can manage as many ships as it has docks available. When a ship needs to dock, it queues a docking request. The more ships you have, the longer the queue. And they do nothing while they wait.
And if you don't restrict trade rules, NPC ships may try to dock too, increasing the queue even further.
The question is more about how many mining ships can a sector hold before depleting. And the answer is not that many.
There more then what is stated if you search the whole map.
unless there can be hundreds of thousands of resources when you just enter a sector and have discovered less than a dozen of hexagons.
If you find more when exploring more of the sector it's because resources replenish.
Anyway, if the numbers are extremely low, the sector has been emptied and there are too many miners.
Try it out yourself you will see the resource explode in number as the fog of war get uncovered (the grey cloud).
When I enter a sector for the first time and it tells me there are 200k of resources, it's still around 200k when discovering the whole sector.
And when it tells me there is around 8k, it's still around 8k.
Here mine that I uncover quite a bit while your is at 7,531k silicon mine is at 28,704k
You can also see all my other resources are much more then yours.
-Mods (which I have)
-Seeds
-Sectors replenish
You can't compare what we have, because the seed alone will change the number of resources and once again, they replenish.

Yes, I have discovered more than in the previous screenshot, still less than you, and now I have almost the same numbers as you, with only half the sector discovered. And mind you, I have a heavy mining operation going on there.
There was only 1 vanilla time where the resource map changed and that was when egosoft shifted the resources away from the highway (rip argon prime)
If you find the best spot for a probe and if you place it in the same location the next play through it is still the best
i understand, but my station have 4 based of which have 4 M docks and the npc not use all dock. The sector where they take resource is Asteroid Belt of Terran protectorate where they have more than 1.000k of resource.
But I understand that I have many miners and i gonna sell some and buy mmore L class.
thank you guys !!
for those who are wondering what my base is like.
Obs: I said I had almost 200 miners because i forgot how many i had kkk
I recommend slapping cheap mining modifications on your miners and if you rush terraforming training to put high skill pilot.
It will reduce your required miners significantly
I have something similar and it only need 80 miners for surplus
