Whats the point of the barbarossa (Scavenger)

I know the other ship compacts large objects like ships and stations into cubes but im at a loss as to what the other L ship from this DLC is supposed to do, its listed as a scavenger but as far as i can tell its just a combat ship?

it a destroyer/freighter
21,000 storage capability making it par with some L freighters while at the same time having enough guns to bite back anything it wants to fight.

The Barbarossa is a realy great pirate ship.
It seems "scavenger" is a spelling error because it should be "marauder" in english.

This ship is very fast for a destroyer, has a lot more crewcapacity and containerstorage.
It's main role is boarding and/or looting stations..... basicly pirate stuff.

Just for comparison:

Behemoth Attacker
- 127m/s speed (ARG L Allroundengine Mk1)
- 45 crewcapacity
- 2.300 storage

Barbarossa
- 194m/s speed (ARG L Allroundengine Mk1)
- 127 crewcapacity
- 21.000 storage

ahh neat, was hoping i was missing something and it could be used to mass transport salvage cubes but seems like a pretty good pirate ship instead

It's an awesome ship for sure. Reminds me of the X³ M7 class (TEL Hawk, ARG Cerberus). Could use some low-power m-sized main weapons
