brother you talk like a 10 Year old children and then you complain that people get mad at you, try talks like a grown up person and people will help you and they will respect you.
Don't act like headless chicken
this also counts for you interactions IRL
If you want respect then show that you deserve it !
I don't know why I have to make a public apology for swearing on a game forum. Some of you guys seems to think I'm "triggered" or something, and then proceeds to complain about me complaining. Almost half of the people who replied here did so without acting like they were better than me just for being pissed off.
And jesus christ, if I hear another "if you did that in real life, you'd be a pariah" stuff. No, people vent IRL all the time, and you don't burn them at the stake.
I'm sorry if any of you feel "disrespected", that was never my intention. But if you can't handle one neanderthal venting his anger on a forum, then you're an even bigger baby than I.
No problem mate, just delete this thread and start a new one ^^
It's okey to vent but if you do it in front of strangers I doubt they will have a sympathic look on you, here we are all strangers.
I don't try to be rude or anything, it's just that usually when people ask something normally they always get a response.
I hope you get the answers you need.
On deleting this thread however, I don't think I can. Plus, I feel like burying my past posts is kindof a coward move. I'd rather back-peddle than I censor myself or others.
PS: Can i ask you to open a rude topic saying about how stupid multiple repair is?
The word now is "Multiple Repair"
Probably gonna refrain from venting on the internet for a while, didn't seem to go too well.
Been a long while since I last played so did the tuts last night and then created a custom start and just practised flying around and remapped keys/controller buttons to suit me. I also have a simple gaming mouse and and so have set flight modes to buttons on that.
You can also save these custom setups as profiles which I think is pretty cool.
Flying with mouse and keyboard, though, that's just dandy. I'm particularly fond of the fade away, i.e. charge at a target, kill the flight assist, flip around, and continue blasting as it gives chase without evading while you drift away backwards at full speed. About the only problem I have is I can never remember which keys deploy flares.
When I first started playing, I made a very detailed profile that I still have saved, but lately I just use the default setup, with just Stop on Cap-Lock, map on V, and the quick menu on `. The last thing I would complain about in the game is the key / controller / joystick binding system. There are other things that need work more than key binds, like some way reducing CPU load through abstraction or something -- I mean the way the game is designed you can bring ANY rig to its knees, but I would not mind playing the game with some more abstraction and entity limitations to keep it at a target frame rate, like 60. But I digress, excuse me.
Fun fact: it has more than two slots for almost every function. You can add more lines manually to the inputmap.xml file. I do this pretty heavily for my super-customized four-controller setup.
Been playing video games for decades and never experienced a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ default keyboard setup.
For a while I thought there was a some bug that transported me back to my ship. no....my brain instinctively wants to pinky press shift to run like 99.9 percent of the games out there.
well, shift-d brings you back to ship.
Re. Map. The. Controls.
Funny, plays pretty normal to me. They've basically set everything up similarly to other games I have and have provided a direct way to change it if you want to customize it = industry norm. So edit it. Why is it a big deal? You got no chill.
