Where to find Processing Panel Unit 46B?

I need 5 for a quest, i get other processing panels (7A and 8X) from Xenon but i have not found 46B yet. Where do i get them?

These processing units are random drops from Xenon ships. Perhaps, not just from capitals, I didn't pay too much attention.

Tip: bring a few capships to a choke point where Xenon usually invade and set up a collector with a repeat order to collect stuff in the area. You will have tons of these items very soon.

It's a common drop for Xenon I. Rarely, I dropping panel 12G. Good luck.

I know this is old post, i manage to find stuff like that from Xenon I but i still don't know what to do with them haha i got tons of it xD

There are missions for them, check arrouns ministry of finance shipyard and eq bay to find this craaaaazy lady good luck pilot.
