Pirate hunting

I like to hunt SCA ships to cap and sell, or add to my fleet until i can get my economy up and running. However,I found it tedious to have to scan every sectors list of ships looking for the ones that said pillager, or plunderer, or whatever... Then I remembered you can search for specific wares to buy or sell by typing that in map search field. So... I typed in "pillager" and all ships and stations vanished from the map.. except several "pillagers" running around in various sectors. It worked. And it also worked with "plunderer" and "raider" and "marauder" . The map search function makes locating your next target a lot easier. Happy hunting.

Don't forget to add "Prometheus" to your search list, to find the special BUC trade ships that always have awesome mods installed (which you can dismantle in order to use for your own mods on your other ships).

You can also make the game inform you if one of those ships come in sensor range of anything you own. See: ttps:/youtu.be/AKXEks--nvM

I couldn't access that link, it said it wasn't secure. I think it is missing the H at the beginning to make it Https. That didn't work either.

I believe that link was butchered somehow, it's missing the h at the beginning as well as a forward slash. Here, a repaired and without the shortener version but pretty sure it's what they wanted to link:
