you don'T build those tools, equipment and weapons... you build the components they are made out of.

after you have shipped those to an Equipment Dock or Shipyard / Wharf these will assemble the Weapons, Satellites and other Gizmos for your Ships.

Own an equipment dock, or aux, land, order a satelite, make sure it has the mats, or just buy it from an equipment dock that you don't own and they get the mats themselves...

You do need to have the blueprints for those I think. buy the blueprint for sat / missiles you like from the faction rep, then your repair / shipyard / aux can build them. Carriers may resup fighters, but aux will resupply every ship. Blueprints and have the materials.
