How to continue the Terran Quest Line

So I finished the Torus Aeternal Segment quest with the moreya and all that, that 3rd party merc took the AI out of the ship or whatever afterwards and now I have no quest. Been playing for like 10+ more hours and nothings come up, I saw people mentioning getting the choice to give it to the terran or to bosa, but I never saw that. I also tried just going to that xenon region where the next part is supposed to be? But I can't find any gate leading out of Tharka's Cascade XV other than to family Zhin, there's an inactive gate, but i'm not sure if that's the one or not. I've tried searching bing to no result, cause I can't use google here, so if someone could guide me in the right direction that'd be great.

its a loop, the base is right behind a 1 way gate.
In the xenon region that connects argon and split, there is another xenon region to the top left and then that has a gate to the pirate base in the far left of it.
(sorry, can't remember sector names for the life of me)

I flew all around and even expanded the map at all ends, didn't find anything from Tharka's XV... It's supposed to be after the quest to turn in the moreya though right? How do I get that quest, did mine bug out or something?

The Torus quest is the continuation of the PHQ quest.
To continue the Terran quest, you need to improve your standing with the Terrans and unlock the defender of Sol quest.

(you can actually unlock it before the PHQ quest.)

Once your PHQ is up and running and you'll have finished the Defender of Sol quest, you'll unlock the covert operative chain quest.

Which will lead you to the Yaki story, followed by the HAT and then the usuals stories that were there before 4.0.

Except for this time, you'll have to debrief the missions to the Terran secret services.

Edit: I'm confused here. You say you finished the Thorus with the Moreya, but that quest is supposed to be done with the Mechanical Owl, you get the Moreya during the Yaki covert operation.

Normally, you'll get the instructions to find the yaki base when you dock either in the Terran base of operation or your PHQ.

Have you found matrix #79B? It's to the top left of Tharkas XVII Its where the xenon usually have their shipyard and wharf for that area. then the left of that will take you down to one of the two new xenon sectors where the yaki base is.

Oh i read something that said the moreya (mechanical owl) so i thought they were the same. I have my PHQ, I'm at +22 with the protectorate, but I don't have any story quests.

@Alysm I can't even find the entrance to Tharka's XVII from Tharka's XV, the link you sent me, I can't open, so it's probably blocked here.

I also tried talking to bosa and the terran rep person just now, but neither had anything for me.

You get the Mechanical Owl (Terran Covert) once you're done working for the PIO, you work for a freelancer that asks you to hack the Thorus to find terraforming technologies.

In an unrelated quest, following the Defence of Sol you are tasked by the Terran secret services to investigate Yaki operations in the TER and PIO sectors. That investigation leads you to an abandoned asteroid facility.

And inside you find the Moreya (Xenon Covert). Once you take control of that ship, Bogota contacts you to tell you that you should deliver the ship to the secret services or bring it to the PHQ.

Once either is done, you'll be tasked with finding the Yaki base. It doesn't tell you where it is though, you have to ask around to find the sectors.

It sounds like I haven't started the quest yet then, I did the terraforming stuff, and i got notices about 2 planets they terraformed. Do I need an even higher rep than +22 to get started, or am I missing some flag? I've flown about just incase all around terran space, but never got any requests or anything related to a main mission.

Normally at some point, you should have received a broadcast about a new militia for the protectorate.

In the available mission tab, the Defence of Sol should be there.
have you done the mission with a wingman where you are tasked with some patrols missions in Getsune Fune and follow the trace of some navigation beacons?

Can you send a screenshot of both your accepted and available missions?

This is resolved, Thanks Inomisim. For any chance anyone else has the same problem, I didn't know about the other quest tab, it was sitting there waiting to be accepted.
