How do you get the Terran to be at war with the ARG and ANT?

they have been at war since the last game Terran Conflict

( "over 2 generations" the jump gates were shut down inbetween x3-x4 ),

think of it as a war your grandparents fighted in and never officialy ended and is brought back up again in your time.

they are just not sending fleets at each other activily invadeing because the jump gate shut down and just came back online

( wich did not affect terrans since they dont use jump gates they use accelerators)

also argons/antigone have there hands full with split armada attacking them [there at war in X4 ] and the terrans are busy trying to get ride of xenons

in my game the antigone destroyed all the terran structures in getsu fune and taken it over and shoot terrans in that sector

they arent agressive though they let trade ships pass with out harrasment, and seem to only be interested in defence stations and capital ship fleets

of course im refering to faction relations and not player relations, and this is only what i observed and some faction behavior mods are involved on my side

I am at the point whre i have the 3 sub plots, at the yaki base. whice one of these plots made them go at war?

they already are at war,
it never ended since the terran conflict began last game
there just no being aggressive cuz they have other enemies
( xenon for terrans / split for argon antigone )

Technically maybe, but they aren't actually aggressive to each other.

the split/ argon war is pretty agressive , argons end up losing a few sectors potentialy
eleventh hour and guilding star massive war zones for argons

its the terrans who really miss out, they dont fight a "real " faction, they just send fleets to matrix 79b and get shot at by the antigone on there way over

No they are not. They start the game buddy-buddy again and you go out of your way in the early part of the Terran campaign to avoid causing tensions with them. They work together constantly in Getsu Fune fighting Xenon, both of them parking fleets on top of each other near the gates, a system which they share peacefully, with TER and ARG/ANT tradeships all over each other's territory.

In my game - the terrans, it seems, have war with every one :D
they beating the crap out of each other - me just sitting in the middle and watch the fireworks... for now

In the vanilla game they don't start at war with anyone I believe (except pirates and khaak/xenon), and you have to do the Terran campaign missions to trigger a war.

At Start TER and ARG are like in a cold war

if you want a hot war between TER and ARG you must complete the Covert Op´s Plot, this is not the Yaki Plot....

Terran and Argon are kinda like Russian and American Cold war
They don't actively seek eachother out but if they come into contact with eachother fists will be thrown.

The answer you are looking for is do the Terran - Antigone covert ops plotline. When you get given the special data choose to return it to the Antigone/Argon alliance. This will kick off a war between The Protectorate against the Antigone Republic and the Argon federation (a real war not the weird cold war they have by default). This will likely lead to the destruction of the Antigones if the Holy Order is doing well btw, so get any blueprints you might want from them. Terran + HOP tend to have a much bigger fleet than ANT + ARG unless the argon economies are booming. Afaik the pioneers won't get involved in the war and remain peaceful and trading with all parties.

I have seen Terran carriers flying around in Argon space called "integration ships" or something like that.

Anyone know what is going on with that?

Theese Fleets are called "Intervention Fleets" The Target of theese Fleets are the Xenon Sectors
