Are these in all games?
I find in one WIKI that they are Headquartered in "Lasting Vengeance", but a full search of that sector does not show any base for them.

Another WIKI says they are centered in Nopileos Fortune III, and IV, with their Headquarters at "Duke's Haven Shipyard"...
My map does not have Nopileos Fortune III or IV, only II, and VI. Is there a DLC needed fr the Buccaneers to show up?? (I did disable the Split DLC. do they come with that DLC??)

Indeed, like Bozz said they only during that thing. If you decide to side them with them, the Buccaneers will eventually be replaced with Duke's Tempest, which is a full faction with a shipyard and everything. Located in Nopileous' Fortune, which I believe gets renamed.

Had to restart for this plot after realising i did the TRI path.
Getting the BUC i had to google it... Not quite intuitive at least for me...
