Source for secure containers?

Any tips on a reliable source for these? I have been scouring the universe, unlocking black market traders at every opportunity, but they only sell remote detonators. I have not got lucky in any combat drops either. Do I need to simply keep looking for more black market traders? Or is there a better way to source this (for me) incredibly rare commodity? I need them from station hacking, and space bombs.

criminals around stations (well, any civilian really if you are like that), sometimes SCA "drop the cargo" guys. It's like 1 in 15 or 1 in 20. But they drop them by 9 mostly. So you only need "one". And eventually you get a lot if you don't neglect your duty!

Pick criminal hunt missions when you them. Waiting for natural spawn is a bit.. annoying.

Black market never had those for me. Neither it drops from XENON or KHAAK (or if it does it's abysmal as I kill tons of those and collect everything and never noticed one).

One in every 20 or so regular station traders will have 1 single container for sale.

But, like the poster above said, you'll get hundreds after 2 or 3 station police missions. The station criminals drop them quite often.

Find a SCA pirate base, shoot civillian traffic. Problem solved.
