How to get better stuff in custom starts?

As the title says, how do we increase how much we can start with in a custom start when we still want to not have a modified save. The only thing that appeals to me in a custom start is starting with SETA due to how RNG its grind is, but it costs so much more than I can use in a custom start.

increase your asset value is what I would say the best for increasing your starting fund.

the more you play the more it accumulates and increases your budget it gets pretty layed back later on allowing you several 3 star 3 moral captains with good kittet out trader or mining ships

For seta you can give yourself the parts ;) for a fraction of the 2mill value

Do I have to play custom starts to make that progress or does it accumulate on non-custom starts too?

you can download someone else save file if you want their progress on the budget.

Assuming you dont care about spoilers much not that this is much of a spoiler anyway, but, you can go claim and sell the abandoned oddy to get a kick start to starting budget, then just spam miners and stations. I made a mega complex that sells ships and creates every ware, my starting budget is currently sitting at 106 million.

Didnt checked the Xl ships, but i was not able to find a moreya

Made a couple of million, bought a new ship on top of my old one which was refitted, then saved the save and went to check Custom Starts and it seems to have made zero difference for me, except some extra relations which is now 9500 instead of 5000, but cash is still 300k

Pretty sure you need a ton of Factorys and ships if you want a different start budget.
Cash dont make any difference (even 100 Billion)

So you need to wait 1-2 Days until i will release a perceivable different savegame for a higher Startbudget. At least i made today the torus quest so that is off the table

That is odd, because old player already done more, but lost or delete saved game, yet already had unlock steam achievement left and right in the past, now new patch come out and see it's not unlock those and had to start over again if playing legal way, of course player had been legal way in the past but lost saved file for many reason (like new computer or reinstall window, or detele to save harddisk for other game, so go on.)

Then download the savegames i uploaded, and in a few Days i will upload one with much more budget, i set up a game with tons of Stations, Ships, Trained Crew for that
