Super bored of endless Xenon factory
Tasked with taking over Xenon sectors.
First one was fine, killed all stations, mining ships etc
2nd is just constantly spawning Xenon factory out of thin air.
I have scanned and sat for the entire sector, no more stations yet the sector has not turned grey and Xenon factory keep popping out of thin air.

Is this normal?

There is nothing.
Tharkas Crusade XVII
I see 3x blue aqueducts that's all.
I have sats over entire map and have also flown out and scanned along edges, nothing.

space is 3D.. if there is a station that still lays claim on the system it can be way above or beneath your satellite coverage.

how ever, if there areen't any xenon stations chances are, as mentioned, that at last 2 other factions had the idea to setup stations on their own.

in wich case the system will stay in xenon posession until you remove one of the competitors.

Sorry but that seems bugged, I have scanned the entire system, dropped sats over the whole map.
If you are saying that a station can be hidden way above or below my advanced sats then that is just game breaking.
I have spent hours flying around that sector looking, my scan pings for 200 miles?
Nothing.

Why make it like that? It is infuriating and wasting my time.
There are no ships flying on route to any stations, I can look around in my ship and can see no distant structures or stations.

If this is stopping me from completing the sector clear then I am done.
It is not a fun design at all, what is the point if my scan and advanced sats can not locate it?

Have a couple of scout ship use a max range exploration commands around the sector

They can find stations above and below the central plane

It not really that game breaking

this will only work if it is above or below the uncovered fog of war area... if it is inside that area.. nope.. nothing to see there.

So tell us where it was. Was it very far away from the center?

Far below my sat NE of centre , maybe fog of war ?
Flying directly to that way point I could not see it from my ship until nearly on top of it.
Still not happy that I had to find a work around to solve the issue and that so many hours were spent scanning the sector.
