Differences to the 2nd savegame
I played this savegame a long time mostly in sinza to train my employees
So there are now
* 230+ Elite Marines (and they are 5 star Crewman with 5 star Morale too)
* A ton of veteran marines (and they are 5 star Crewman with 5 star Morale too)
* A ton of crewman somewhere in their training
* 100+ 3+ Pilots, most of them man the 100+ Sonra Worldtrader
You find these Employees in the Special Task fleet. The Miner and Trader Crews are normal Crewman. Same for the XL builder that has normal crew in his Description

* Removed the mining base and moved the miner and Collectors to the HQ
* Moved the Stuff from the Legit collector into the base (arround 120 000+ items)
* Buyed 20 additional M Miners and M gas Collectors for more pilot training
* Buyed 50 additional Sonra as Worldtrader for new 3+ Pilots
* Buyed 100 Explorers (for the case one want to activate the DLC after this savegame)
* Buyed 100 Pulsar Fighter as defense for Stations
The HQ has much more Storage you can allocate, i decieded to keep it on a decent but not too large niveau. But dependent on the players plans this base is so a good foundation for many possibilitys.
I deleted arround 4-5 Billion Credits with the aim that there are 2 Billions available in the savegame. As reminder, the idea is a polished savegame that can be used to start a funny game without startgrind. Not a overpowered Imperium. If you want that use the "not so legit storage" and sell the Space-caviar for 17 Billions. If you want to get rid of money just buy Station plots and delete them

To use the Trainer
If a trainer build is finshed, Blueprint the trainer.
Remove these 5 Arms (blocks) piece by piece (thats 300+ Modules, deleting all 1600 at once will drop your fps to something like 0.0001 for several hours) and then load the blueprinted plan and start again.

I chaged that and made only smaller trainer for the download, you can make them yourself larger again, somehow i expect that many people dont read this and end up crying. So its better to make you build your own trap.

Suggestions, Feedback, requests are welcome
My question is now how much money is a good amount, i guess the 2.3 Billion and additional the money when i sell the (now 63) Xl ships i pirated are just too much.
What do you think is a decent amount ? 500 Million or a Billion.
(Consider that if people want more they can just use the not legit Ship and sell the Spacefly Caviar for 17 Billion. So its not about Min-Maxing, its just about a amount that is not too less but enough to start from that gamestage. Income is btw arround 10 Mio per Ingame hour)

And on top i buyed 100S Ships with each 50 Advanced sattelites i sacrifice.
So its down to 1.8 Billion, lets see if it makes sense to reduce it even more
Now its time for savegame 4 which will have Both DLC active
The other thing is that so far i saw that there is no option in the Custom gamestarts to add leveled Crew (i can be completly wrong with that, never played 4.1 until now)
Btw the 4th savegame comes much faster than the 3rd. I allready have explored the most Split sectors and blocked the warfes. So 1-2 More hours and then Pirating the builders and the split DLC is done. And the terran should be even faster. .... well maybe i need one more day to get the faction rank on 30

Or one need to remove the blocker for some time and allow the Faction to have 1-2 Constructors
