Can I Correct a Mistake?

I just built a Station in an AI Section, and somehow, I started Building it Without Buying The Build License... It was 98 Million, and I have it available...
I don't know what I Clicked, but, I started Building without said License. I checked my Saved games, and even the Two Auto Saves have that Facility Started.
Is there any way to get back to the Screen and Pay That Fee??

I did check the Plot management and it says "You Own This Plot"......
I keep getting Red Messages that say This item has been built, is not Legal, and has been Discovered... Or words to that effect.

This sounds more like you build a production module for illegal goods.
As i haven't build any of those in a faction controlled sector myself could you elaborate if you build a Space Fuel, Space Weed, Maja Dust or such production module in a commonwealth faction controlled system?

It just got started Building. I May have Space Fuel on the Que, but that isn't built yet. One of each you list is in the Que.

How do I do that "After the Build has Started"??
I have gone back to the Plot Management Screen, and do not see that as an Option.

open the plot management screen, there you are able to pay the fees.

I did open it for that Station, and it does not Offer that.

Please make sure you really have opened the Plot Management Menu and not the Build Menu.

If it is the Build Menu for the Station you are sadly wrong.

You need to Open the Plot Management Menu, thats the very lowest button you can click on the left Side of your Map.

In that Menu you need to find the unpaid Station and highlight it... the selected entry should allow you to pay the outstanding Fee.

I clicked Map, Then Plot Manager, Then That Station on My List. The License area is Black... It shows no Number there.

I lost 8 Hours of Play, but found a Quick save that I could load before this station was started... Will try again.

I went back into the game, with this issue, and it took an Hour for that Red Message about this Station Having Been Discovered, to show up... I Again Clicked the "M" for the Map, the Plot Manager, and then This Station on My Property List, and the License Button was Blacked Out, and on the Left it Said: "You Own This Plot".

Must be a Glitch in the Game somewhere... I am Leaving this one, and going on with that Previous Quick save, and will build the Station again when I get to that Point...

I did delete the Space Fuel Module from the Station, and it still gave me the Red Message.
Again, That Module was in the Build Que, and did not yet Exist...
I did not write down the message, but something to the effect of (X Station) in (Y Location) "Has Been Discovered"

I will see about Loading an Auto Save it is in, and Write the Message down.....

Message: "Station Plot for Trinity Sanctum III Warf | in Trinity Sanctum III is not paid for and was Detected"

I actually think I did pay the Fee, $8 Million, but I am not positive, and the Plot Management Screen does say that I Own The Plot... Beats Me what is going on. I also have no other Illegal Modules on the Que.

The Message on the Pop Up on the Flight Screen Is RED, but the Text in the Log Book is White, if that Matters...?
