Best Xenon S hunting locations?
I ignored the Xenon threat for far too long and they've nearly wiped out the Split, Antigone Republic, and have taken nearly half of Teladi space and are doing a number on the Paranid too, (HOP is fine, though). I've secured Hetikvah and saved Argon from the constant onslaught, but I feel like my efforts to hit the Xenon economy in Tharka's cascade made a big impact there.

I'm currently looking around for other areas that the S ships like to mine in as I've noticed that they do have favorite locations. Anyone know of some more areas they like to mine? I need to start pushing these guys back.

Can you post a screenshot of your map?
Would help point out where the Xenon S could potentially mine.

you sure they took down the teladi?
Teladi have Alot of sector and ships.
Losing some sectors like ianamus zura, Hewa twin's and company regard isn't that bad for them.

I haven't explored the whole map yet, but I have a pretty good idea of what the rest looks like given the plethora of red on the fringes. I haven't noticed any S ships outside of traditional xenon space.

Looks to me like ANT could use a little help in The Void and Frontier's Edge. Probably some good sport to be had thereabouts.

From the look of your map.
Teladi are now alot more centralize now as they have only lost their border sectors so if you help them with their economy they should be able to defend themselves alot better then before because that they don't have to defend hewa twin and other far reaching colony.

Godrealm are probably only just now starting to feel the Xenon.
In the beginning of the game the Teladi of Hewa Twin's actually blocked Xenon from even touching God realm and God realm had no important sector bordering xenon sector at game start.
As long as Trinity Sanctum 3 wharf and shipyard hold Paranid should be fine just like HOP as they have similar ships and strategy.

Now here the factions that are in trouble and from the look of your map you might want to find out if they are still alive to help.
ANT:
wharf/shipyard is massively cut off from the rest of their sectors.
Aim for xenon miners at Atiya's misfortune and that should stop the bleeding of xenon into ANT.

ZYA:
You should send some scouts to check out the Split sectors up top.
ZYA still have their resource sector of family Nhuut and family Zhin so that a positive sign but quick send them aid! they lost contact with teladi so without those two sector and contact with a trade partner they are doom!
you should try to build a defense stations at Family Zhin, Family Nhuut, and the sector above Family Nhuut because from the look of the map ZYA is potentially being bombarded by 3 or 4! xenon sector that contain shipyards and wharf that merged into a mega blob.

FRF:
They might be dead. they can't field military ships and their connection to ZYA is cut off. (who protects them)
Send scouts past fire of defeat to the right and see if they still have any sectors left that can be saved.

They are invaded from three potential location so
destroy miners at sectors next to Family Tyr, and Fire of defeat. Sector name should be matrix number ### and #

the third location is deeper in free family territory but it lacks ore so it shouldn't be to much of a threat to Free Family Split

Wow. Looks like a major Xenon "infestation". I was reading lots of posts on how to eradicate them and take over their sectors. I only had 2 rattlesnakes to protect me while I got into Matrix #598 for a minute to setup 4 plots around Xenon shipyard (this is where all Ks come out of). Then I got OOS to use rattlesnakes to protect ships setting up 4 defence platforms around the shipyard. Occasional S could sneak past the blockade but soon, no K came out of it. M and Ns were still flying out of nearby Xenon Wharf but as carcasses of Ss were piling up near the Shipyard, the Warf was too starving of resources. A few hours later, there was no Xenon ship to be found. The Yard was gone in an hour on SETA. No huge fleet, just a blockade with 4 platforms costing 3.7 mil each. I actually gave up on that game because I became a little too sad about the near annihilation of the Split. The pic I posted of the map doesn't really communicate the entirety of the problem. The few sectors that still had Split stations left were overrun with Xenon and the stations were half destroyed already. The Teladi, Ministry, Argon, Antigone, and Holy Order had no military left to speak of and I simply could not produce enough resources for the various wharfs to make a difference at that point and I could not afford a sizable enough fleet to push back the xenon in most places. I really doubt I could have hoped to protect a station long enough to blockade any of the Xenon wharfs other than the one in 79B, but I had already manage to (mostly) neutralize the threat from that area.

The thing is, I had noticed that S ships love to congregate in specific areas to do their mining. There are 2 spots in Tharka's Cascade where I would consistently find 5-10 bunched right next to one another. I set up satellites in these spots and was able to run in and assassinate them when they showed up. It made killing them en masse very easy and destroyed the economy quickly in 79B. I was really looking for easy locations like that for those easy assassinations of S ships. I think doing that sort of thing earlier on, when you first start the game, would make for a easy and quick way to hamper the Xenon economy while you get everything else up and running.

Also, it's entirely probable that this situation arose out of the VRO mods I was using. I don't know for sure, though, I haven't played an unmodded game since Split Vendetta first came out. My new game is without those mods, though. So we'll see how well the Xenon do this time.

More ships in VRO so it goes faster, it took 400-500 hours in my game and it looks a bit like yours except that HOP was very strongg (they had a hundred destroyers...) so they invaded xenons ANT and ARG until I pushed them back but the teladi always loose territory like in your game but they have so many sectors that it really does not make any difference to them xD and once the XEN take too much territory they get weaker because they tend to spread their fleets out and once they reach PAR they'll have to face TEL and PAR in same sectors.

Also go check the PAR in north ouest corner, in my game, once they cleaned the xenon sectors they went into split space and crushed the xenons there...
