Sometimes drone components are hard to buy for a station manager because there are not that many drone component factories on the map. If they don't seem to be buying any it's often best to have one of your own freighters trek over to a drone component factory to buy some in my experience.
Thanks in advance
There are a few tables like this that you could use to get an idea of what kind of prices to start with. The AI shouldn't lose profit if it's all left on automatic, but the margins will be tighter when you've got a lot of stuff to sell while you need to buy a lot. The manager sets buy and sell prices according to its supply and demand as far as I know.
Logical Overview is also where you define any additional wares you might want the station to trade for/with. If you have production facilities installed on the station then wares relevant to that production will be added automatically, but if you wanted to run a trading station only (for example), then you'd have to add the wares you want manually—this is where you do that. Same with mining hubs.
