What each missile cost to construct however depend on what missile your using to begin with.
One down side to a Carriers/Aux is they don't have great storage so a fully loaded carrier will only be able to outfit a dozen or so fighters. On the plus side however they can automate rearming although they'll only do this once a fighter has emptied it's loadout. They won't keep them topped up which is unfortunate. One other issue is auto-rearm will rearm with whatever missile the ship was built and armed with. You can manually change missile types but auto-rearm will rearm with the original missile chosen... so choose wisely at ship build.
You can get specific amounts of each ware per missile type in the Encyclopedia or using the Warf/Shipyard/ED/Carrier/Aux equip screen and expanding the item's + for the missile on the right.
