Is there some autopilot command for "fly to target" or "fly to location"?

In X3 there was an command to let the autopilot fly your ship to reach a specific location or to follow another ship. Is there something similar in X4?

There is - you click location and select "Start guidance to position" Autopilot will pick it up and fly there.

Make a save before you do though as I got stuck in asteroids a few times

the autopilot will target whatever is marked in your guidance system. So just place a marker, activate the autopilot and voilá.
It does however NOT automatically activate (or deactivate) your travel mode, so be careful

You can also order your ship and crew to fly there on the map by selecting the ship and then right clicking anywhere. This only works when you aren't in the pilots seat though and is how you issue quick orders to other assets.

You can even drag and drop the waypoint or add more waypoints to the command. Clearing ship orders will remove all waypoints etc.
