Joystick T16000M not showing up in Input devices in x4

Joystick T16000M not showing up in Input devices in x4.
Hope anyone can help.
it seems there are some who can play with the same joystick.
idk why but icant make it show up in input devices and so i cant do any settings with the joystick.
its not reaction in game ether.
its defintly working in other games and windows calibration showing up too.
when i plug in steam controller or x360 its show up in input device but not my T16000M Jostick.
i tried several settings in Bigpicture mode and ingame settings nothing worked.

Setting==>Controls==>Manage Joysticks/Controller Click a drop doown select the TM-16000M if you have the throttle put it in the slot below the TM-16000M. Then backup to main game menu scroll down select Load Profile ==> TM-16000M HOTAS FCS customise to your spec. Besure to disable adaptive steering

the problem my thrustmaster T16000m not showing up in manage joysticks. so i cant continue to make settings. tried both steering on and off didnt help still not showing up in x4 input devices.

im using win 10 i already checked in win kalibration and other games even in big picture its reaction to the controls just not in x4 not showing up in Manage Joysticks.
i dont understand why seems others can use this joystick.

Disable the steam controller in steam setting. I recall another post that it affected the detection. I have the T-16000M FCS with throttle and rudder and a THrustmaster HOTAS 4 Pro. I reinstalled the Thrustmaster drivers, Went to the Manage Joysticks/controllers . You will not see the joysticks unless you click on one of the rows in the final screen. If you did not click one they appear empty.

My Hotas is not showing up eitehr for the T-16000M or throttle FCS did uninstall and reinstall of both game and control drivers, still no luck

I had to modify a setting on Steam to make -any- game detect my Racing Wheel or T16000M FCS:

From Big Picture Mode - Steam -> Settings -> Controller -> General Controller Settings -> Untick 'Generic Gamepad Configuration Support' - Then restart Steam.

Edit: Noted I did this in Big Picture Mode.
