ARG M Flak Turrets ask for military license and i got 30rep and bought all licenses

How come this turret show a ? .. it still will work? it say it need Military license but i have +30 in that and i bought near all weapons ect blueprints .. still have some captials do buy but i only have S/M crafting module up yet... but that make me so much money fast i will place Large and XL ship production up soon

it is Beta yeh .. and only argon have this Flak turret.. well i only check Teladi , they not have em.
seem like it they work.. only it take time for station to gather resourses for em.. guess they need uncommon stuff.

if they work i will put a note up here:) .. they got auto picked on high preset so

wow finally a turret that can destroy those pesky small enemys... without use of ammo.. replaced all medium on my captials with this and i keep Large turrets still on smart Heavy missle duty! .. beta 3.0 have much better turret control to.. can stop fire heavy missel on fast ships as they can never catch em anyway
