I found some in shipyards and warfs
the pilot has to sit in the pilot seat and then you simply talk to him and the option give seminar will be availible to click on, if you have the apropriate seminar in youre inventory then you can click it, and the effect is emediate, keep clicking that button until it can no longer be activated, several clicks is possible, so with a basic seminar and a 1 star seminar will upgrade youre pilot to 2 stars, the effect is emediate. now all you need is to find next level seminars, the seminars are not consumed on use so you can use them on all youre pilots
I think it would be a pain if they are consumed bro, do you really want to travel to a dock and buy seminars all day long for all the pilots you have or will have? no man that would get old really quick,,, these seminars are stored on a device much like a flash drive, a memory pen, they wont get deleted after use, you simply upload them to youre pilot and then you keep the original yourself, its called "digital seminar" for a reason :)
Should them be consumed or not, i don't know, but my hunch is that they're meant to be.
well I really hope youre wrong, cause some players like me have thouasands of pilots hired, I'm not saying that I need to train them all but if the seminars becomes consumables then it will be a pain beyond belief to train pilots, and would probably be left untrained. and i dont see a good reason for why these seminars would be consumed, like i said digital means stored on a disk or media, they dont dissapear after use
Yes they improve over time, and now in the beta they improve even though they dont do anything aswell if I read the patch note correct
Good cause my pilot of the trading ship is sitting here, needing one more star to autotrade :)
