wtf is "foodstuffs"????????

It's not even listed in the encyclopedia on wares! How do I even search for it??? Losing my mind over this! Help!!!!!!!!

Every faction has a food that they eat. Provide the "foodstuff" that any of them that eat and you make them happy with the stuff.

How do you know what food they like?

Look at the stations what they need

Chelt meat is for split
Nostrop is for the teladi
soja beans are for the paranids
and so on, you can review all this and more at the WARES area in the encyclopedia index

The game could have different translations but I'm sure it's just what it say it is as a compound word. The idea behind it is to understand the 2 words. Food is a given. Stuff is just a word to describe whatever the person who eats it is doing. Think of "if and when" you asked someone what they're eating in real life.

You: What are you eating?
Someone: Stuff...
Now pretend you're in space.

Hopefully you never fail to understand what it is again.

Okay... "Foodstuff" is a generalization of what the different Faction Stations need to suistain their Workforce.

Teladi need Nostrop
Paranid will want Soja Husk
Argon (Humans) will require Food Rations
Split want Chelt Meat and Scruffin Fruits (The only Race that is actually not eating processed Fastfood)

To summarize, Foodstuff is one or multiple Wares of wich are Listed above... depending on wich Sector you are in and wich Factions/Races have Stations there.

I hope this Explanation illuminates the Term "Foodstuff" from an InGame perspective.

A year later and I've spent an hour trading food items from one argon sector to the next. It updated first task give x food resource to stations but the second task "give foodstuffs" won't update.

Maybe this is why. Will have to find out next time im at the pc.
